4. Fitness Businesses and Member Data

Fitness businesses using Kynavora decide what information they enter about their members, staff and operations. In those situations, Kynavora generally processes that information to provide the software services requested by the business.

Fitness businesses are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate basis and permission to collect and manage information relating to their members, employees and trainers.

5. Service Providers and Infrastructure

Kynavora may use trusted third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform. These may include database, authentication, hosting, security, communications and infrastructure providers.

Kynavora currently uses services including Supabase for parts of its application backend and Cloudflare for website and infrastructure-related services.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services and according to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

8. Data Ownership

Fitness businesses retain ownership of the business and customer data they submit to Kynavora, subject to applicable law and the Kynavora Terms of Service.

Kynavora does not claim ownership of a fitness business's member records, operational records or other business content merely because that information is stored or processed through the platform.

Fitness businesses may contact Kynavora regarding access, correction, export or deletion of their account information, subject to technical, contractual and legal requirements.

Members who want to access, correct or delete information maintained by their gym should normally contact that fitness business first, because the business controls the information it has entered into Kynavora.
