1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a Kynavora plan, accessing the platform or using Kynavora services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Kynavora Privacy Policy.
If you are using Kynavora on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. About Kynavora
Kynavora is a gym and fitness business management software platform designed to help fitness businesses manage members, memberships, payments, attendance, staff, trainers, workouts, nutrition, sales, inventory, finances, reporting and multi-branch operations.
Kynavora may also provide a Member App that allows members to access membership information, workout plans, diet plans, progress metrics, progress photos, personal records and coach feedback.
3. Account Registration and Access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your business account and for managing access granted to staff, trainers or other users.
You must notify Kynavora promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Permitted Use
Kynavora may be used for legitimate fitness business management and related operational purposes.
You must not use Kynavora to:
- • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- • Access accounts, systems or data without authorization.
- • Upload malicious software, harmful code or abusive content.
- • Interfere with platform security or normal operation.
- • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse protected platform components except where legally permitted.
- • Use Kynavora to process information you do not have the right to collect or manage.
5. Business and Member Data
Fitness businesses control the business, member, staff and operational information they enter into Kynavora.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights, permissions and lawful grounds to collect and process information relating to members, staff and trainers.
Kynavora does not claim ownership of your business data simply because it is stored or processed through the platform.
6. Plans and Pricing
Kynavora offers different commercial plans. Current pricing may be displayed on the Kynavora Pricing page and may change for future subscriptions or renewals.
Flex
Flex has Rs. 0 fixed monthly software fee and charges Rs. 1 per covered member-day. Flex supports up to 3 branches, unlimited members and has no separate fixed branch fee.
Standard
Standard is Rs. 4,000 per month for 1 branch and up to 200 members. Standard does not include the Flex per-day fee and includes a 7-day free trial where offered.
Pro
Pro is Rs. 7,000 per month total for up to 2 branches and up to 500 combined members. Pro does not include the Flex per-day fee and includes a 7-day free trial where offered.
7. Billing and Payment
You agree to pay fees associated with the plan you select. Billing may occur through Kynavora or an authorized payment provider.
Fixed-price plans may renew according to the selected billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms.
Flex charges are based on Kynavora's internal usage and covered member-day records for the applicable billing period.

8. Free Trials
Where offered, Standard and Pro may include a 7-day free trial. Trial eligibility may be limited and may be changed or withdrawn for future users.
Flex does not require a free trial because it has no fixed monthly software fee.
9. Subscription Restrictions and Suspension
Kynavora may restrict, suspend or terminate access if required fees remain unpaid, if the platform is misused, if there is a security risk, or if continued access would violate these Terms or applicable law.
Where practical, Kynavora may provide an opportunity to resolve billing or account issues before permanent termination.
10. Service Availability and Changes
Kynavora may update, improve, modify, add or remove platform features as the product develops.
Kynavora aims to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, third-party infrastructure, internet problems, security incidents or events outside Kynavora's reasonable control.
11. Third-Party Services
Kynavora may rely on third-party providers for hosting, databases, authentication, infrastructure, communications or payment services.
Availability or performance of third-party services may affect some Kynavora features. Kynavora is not responsible for outages or actions that are entirely outside its reasonable control.
12. Fitness, Health and Nutrition Information
Kynavora provides tools that allow fitness businesses and trainers to manage workouts, diet plans, progress information and coach feedback.
Kynavora itself does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment or personalized healthcare advice. Fitness businesses, trainers and members are responsible for evaluating the suitability of fitness or nutrition information for individual users.
13. Intellectual Property
Kynavora and its software, branding, interface, design, documentation, code and related materials remain the property of Kynavora or its licensors, except for customer-owned data and content.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Kynavora intellectual property to users.
14. Account Cancellation and Termination
You may request cancellation according to the applicable Kynavora Billing & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation does not automatically remove obligations relating to charges already incurred before the effective cancellation date.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kynavora is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business requirement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kynavora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
Users remain responsible for business decisions, operational procedures, member relationships and information entered into the platform.
17. Changes to These Terms
Kynavora may update these Terms as the platform, pricing, business model or applicable requirements change.
The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated when revised Terms are published.
